Before you get started
Everything most venues ask us before their first HostMyQuiz night.
What equipment do we need?
A laptop or tablet for the host, a TV or projector for the room, an internet connection, and one phone per team.
Do players need an app or account?
No. Teams scan the QR code, enter a team name and play in their browser.
Does requesting a trial take payment?
No. A trial request does not ask for payment details. We review the venue details and confirm the first test with you.
What happens during the trial setup?
We send the setup details and first-test plan, so you can check the host screen, audience display and team joining before going live.
How much is full venue access?
Each product is £45 per month. Bundles save 10% on two products, then 15%, 20% and 25% as products are added. No VAT is currently added.
Can we test everything before quiz night?
Yes. A short venue test is recommended so the host, TV or projector, and team phones are all ready.
